Test Automation
Test Automation
Simulate conversations and automate testing to improve agent quality.
Test Automation shows you how to check your agent's answers before real users see them. You write test conversations (scenarios) with clear pass criteria, run them as simulations, and use the results to improve your agent. In the CMS, all of this lives under Simulation in the agent sidebar.
The pages follow the order you work in: organize, design, run, then analyze.
