Artifacts

Open in CMS

The Artifacts screen holds the files your agent owns, such as reference notes, templates or pictures, grouped into folders. A skill is given access to whole folders, never to single files. Found in the agent sidebar under Skills → Artifacts.

The screen has two panels: Folders on the left and the selected folder's files on the right. Changes on this screen are saved straight away; there is no Save button.

Folders

New folderOpens the New folder dialog. A new folder is private.
No folders yetShown when the agent has no folders.
Folder rowShows a globe icon for a public folder or a lock icon for a private one, the folder name and its description. Click a row to show its files on the right.
Edit folder (pencil icon)Opens the Edit folder dialog.
Delete folder (bin icon)Asks for confirmation, then deletes the folder and every file in it. The confirmation names the skills that lose access to it.

Titled New folder or Edit folder. Add (or Apply) saves the folder; Cancel closes the dialog.

NameRequired. The agent writes it before the file name, as folder/file, for example refund-notes. Up to 60 characters, no slash, and unique on this agent.
DescriptionOptional. For you only; the agent never sees it. Up to 200 characters.

Visibility is not in this dialog. You change it on the folder itself (see below).
