Overview
Help is a quick reference for every screen in the CMS dashboard β organized the same way the dashboard's own sidebar is. Where the other doc sections walk you through a task step by step, Help is the place you come back to for a fast lookup: "what does this field do?"
Each page below is a compact table of fields and controls, not a tutorial. If you're setting something up for the first time, the step-by-step guides under Configuring Your Agent are usually a better starting point β come back here afterward when you need a quick reminder.
Reference groups
These mirror the agent's own sidebar groups in CMS:
| Group | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Persona | The agent's identity β Profile, Behavior, Appearance, About. |
| Conversation | How the agent talks β Introduction, Chat, Voice, Escalation, Model & Context. |
| Knowledge | The agent's knowledge base β Documents, Videos, Websites, Chunks, Citations, Retrieval. |
| Tools | What the agent can call β Plugins, Custom API, MCP, Other Agents, Web Search, Web Scraping. |
| Channels | Where users reach the agent β Embed, WhatsApp, Instagram, Agent-to-Agent, Agent Keys. |
| Simulation | Testing conversations β Scenarios, Results, Folders. |
| Analytics | Feedback and logs for a published agent. |
| Users | Who can access or configure this agent β Participants, Members, Contributor, Permissions, Availability. |
Account-level references
These aren't scoped to one agent β they cover the organization and billing screens:
| Group | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Organization | Organization list, users, invitations, budget groups, agents, contributors, transfers, audit trail. |
| Billing | My Credit, purchasing credits, subscriptions, payment methods, auto top-up, transactions, credit usage. |
Looking for Delete Agent or Admin Key? Those moved out of the agent sidebar and are now managed from the Organization β Agents tab β see Organization above.
Next step
Pick the group that matches what's on your screen right now, or start with Persona if you're browsing.
