Manage Active Documents

My Documents shows all document collections currently activated for this plugin instance. From here you can review what is active, update per-document settings, deactivate individual documents, or remove multiple documents at once.

Navigate to Actions → Plugins → Public Documents → My Documents in the agent sidebar.


Viewing Active Documents

The list shows every document activated for this plugin. Each entry displays:

NameThe document collection name.
CategorySubject area.
ProviderThe team or organization that maintains the document.
VersionThe current published version.
Activated atWhen the document was added to this plugin.

Searching and Sorting

Use the search bar to filter the list by document name. Results update as you type.

Sort the list by:

Sort optionBehavior
NameAlphabetical order (default).
CategoryGrouped by subject area.
Activated atMost recently activated documents appear first.

Editing Document Settings

Click Edit on any document to open its settings panel. From here you can update the Additional Context and Post-Processing Prompt for that document.

Deactivating a Document

  1. Find the document in the list.
  2. Click Deactivate.
  3. Confirm the action.

The document is removed from the plugin immediately. It returns to the marketplace and can be re-activated at any time. Deactivating a document does not affect the underlying document in the marketplace or in any other agent's configuration.


Bulk Deactivation

To remove multiple documents at once:

  1. Select the checkboxes next to the documents you want to remove.
  2. Click Deactivate Selected in the bulk action bar.
  3. Confirm the action.

All selected documents are deactivated immediately. They return to the marketplace and can be re-activated later.
