Transactions & Invoices

Every payment, top-up, and subscription charge is recorded so you can look it up later. This page explains the Transaction tab β€” its columns, what each status means, how to filter to find a specific payment, and where your invoices and receipts live.

Where to find your history

Open My Credit and switch to the Transaction tab. This is your payment history table β€” one row per transaction.

Open My Credit

Reading the transaction table

Each row in the table has these columns:

ColumnWhat it tells you
Invoice NumberThe unique reference for the transaction β€” use it when searching or contacting support.
DateWhen the transaction happened.
Transaction TypeHow the credit was added (see below).
AmountHow much you were charged (in your currency).
StatusWhere the transaction stands (see below).
Total Credit ReceivedHow many credits this transaction added to your balance.

Transaction types

TypeMeaning
Manual PurchaseA one-time top-up you bought yourself.
Auto TopupAn automatic top-up triggered when your balance fell below your threshold.
SubscriptionCredit granted by your recurring subscription plan.
EnterpriseCredit added under an enterprise arrangement.

What each status means

Status appears as a coloured chip so you can scan the list at a glance:

StatusMeaning
PENDINGThe payment has started but isn't confirmed yet. Give it a moment, then refresh.
SUCCESSThe payment completed and the credit is in your balance.
FAILEDThe payment didn't go through. No credit was added; you can try again.
CANCELLEDThe transaction was cancelled before completing.

Tip: If a transaction is stuck on PENDING for a long time, check your card and your monthly spending limit, then try again. A FAILED transaction never adds credit, so you won't be double-charged by retrying.

Finding a specific transaction

For a long history, use Search Transaction History to narrow the list. The available filters are:

FilterUse it to…
From Date / To DateLimit to a date range.
StatusShow only PENDING, SUCCESS, FAILED, or CANCELLED.
Invoice NumberJump straight to one transaction.
Transaction TypeShow only Manual Purchase, Auto Topup, Subscription, or Enterprise.
CurrencyLimit to one currency.

Then use the buttons:

  • Apply β€” runs the filter and updates the table.
  • Clear Filters β€” resets everything back to the full list.

Worked example: To find a top-up you made last month that didn't go through, set From Date and To Date to last month, set Status to FAILED, and click Apply. The table now shows only that month's failed transactions.

Long lists

When there are more transactions than fit on screen, a Load More control appears at the bottom. Click it to bring in the next batch of older transactions.

Where invoices and receipts live

Where you download an invoice or receipt depends on your payment gateway:

  • With Polar: click Open Billing Portal to open Polar's portal. Your invoices and receipts are stored there, where you can view and download them.
  • With the legacy gateway: the Transaction tab itself is your record, with the Invoice Number as the reference for each payment.

Tip: Keep the Invoice Number handy whenever you contact support about a payment β€” it lets the team find the exact transaction immediately.

Next step

Now that you can find any past payment, the next step is seeing where that credit actually went. Continue to Usage & Reports.
