About
Open in CMSThe About screen configures the public About page your users can open from the chat: a description of the agent, social media links and contact details. Found in the agent sidebar under Persona → About.
Visibility
| Show About page | When on, an About menu item appears for end users in the chat interface. When off, the About page is hidden and all fields below are disabled, but their content is kept. |
Description
| Description | Rich-text description of the agent, shown at the top of the About page. Use the link button to add URLs and the expand button for full-screen editing. |
Social Media Links
| Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, LinkedIn, Website | Optional links to your agent's or organization's profiles, entered as full URLs (for example https://instagram.com/youragent). They appear as a row of icons on the About page; empty ones are left out. |
Contact
| Optional contact email. It must be a valid email address if filled in. | |
| Phone | Optional phone number (for example +62 812 3456 7890). |
| Optional WhatsApp number. |
Saving
| Save | Asks you to confirm, then saves the visibility switch and all fields. Every field is optional, so you can save partial content. Saved changes go to the agent's draft; publish the agent to make them live for users. |
