Behavior
Open in CMSThe Agent Behavior screen describes your agent's character and how it interacts with users, in three free-text fields. Found in the agent sidebar under Persona → Behavior.
Behavior Fields
| Mission | Required. The primary purpose of your agent: what it should achieve for users and how it benefits them. Keep it clear and focused. |
| Personality | The traits that shape how your agent comes across, chosen to suit your audience (for example formal, friendly, empathetic or highly professional). |
| Interaction | How your agent communicates and helps: how it responds, adapts to different levels of understanding, and keeps answers clear. |
| Expand / collapse | The arrow button next to each field label makes that text box taller so you can read and edit long text more easily. Click it again to shrink the box. |
Modify with AI
Each field has a Modify chip under its text box.
| Modify | Opens a small box where you describe the change you want (for example "make it shorter" or "add that it only answers in Indonesian"). AI then rewrites the current text of that field for you. |
| Describe your modification here | The instruction box. Press Ctrl+Enter to submit or Esc to close. |
| Cancel / OK | OK sends your instruction and is disabled while the box is empty. A spinner shows on the chip while the text is being rewritten. |
| Result | The rewritten text replaces the field content but is not saved yet. Review it, then click Save. If the rewrite fails, an error message is shown and your text is left unchanged. |
Saving
| Save | Checks that Mission is filled in, asks you to confirm, then saves all three fields. Saved changes go to the agent's draft; publish the agent to make them live for users. |
