Agent Name	Main display name used in chat and agent identity across CMS surfaces.
Agent Code	Unique identifier used in the public/chat URL path and internal agent routing.
Agent Code URL Preview	Real-time preview showing the generated chat URL based on the current code value.
Save Action	Persists profile changes to the active agent record.


Agent Logo (Light Mode)	Header/brand logo used when the interface theme is light.
Agent Logo (Dark Mode)	Header/brand logo used when the interface theme is dark.
Logo Ratio Guidance	UI guidance recommends a wide logo ratio (for example 4:1) for optimal header rendering.
Logo File Types	Upload supports common image formats (PNG, JPG, JPEG, WEBP).
Agent Avatar	Square avatar displayed for agent-side chat messages and profile visuals.
User Avatar	Square avatar displayed for user-side chat messages in preview and widget UI.
