Create an Organization
This guide shows you how to create a new (Collective) organization for your team. It takes less than a minute.
When do you need this? Create a new organization when you want to collaborate with other people, keep a client's work separate, or give a team its own shared credit. For working solo, your personal Individual organization is already there.
Before you start
- You can create an organization with any account β no special role is required.
- You only need a name. Everything else (members, agents, budgets) is added afterward.
Step 1 β Open the Organization page
In the CMS, go to the Organization page.
Open the Organization pageYou'll see a card for every organization you already belong to.
Step 2 β Click "Create Organization"
Click the Create Organization button (top-right on desktop; in the main area on mobile). A dialog titled Create Organization opens.
Step 3 β Enter a name
Fill in the Organization Name field.

A small counter shows how many characters you've used (for example 12/200 characters).
Pick a name your teammates will recognize β usually your company, department, or client name. You can rename it later.
Step 4 β Click "Create"
Click Create. The system validates the name:
- Empty name β "Organization name is required."
- Longer than 200 characters β "Name must be 200 characters or fewer."
When it succeeds, the dialog closes and your new organization appears in the list right away.
What happens next
Your new organization starts empty except for you as its Owner. From here you typically:
- Invite your team and set their roles.
- Switch into the new organization so your next agent is created inside it.
- Optionally, set up budget groups to cap monthly credit per team.
Worked example
Goal: Dina wants a shared workspace for her clinic team.
- Dina opens the Organization page and clicks Create Organization.
- She types
Sehat Clinicin Organization Name (12/200 characters).- She clicks Create.
Sehat Clinicnow appears in her list with an Owner badge.- She clicks Switch to enter it, then invites Budi and Sari.
