Fields

| Amount | Top-up amount entered in USD or IDR. |
| Discount Coupon | Optional coupon code applied to the purchase. |
Computed Display

| Base Credits | Credits earned from the entered amount. |
| Bonus Credits | Extra credits from the applicable bonus tier. |
| Total Credits | Base plus bonus credits to be added. |
| Total Price | Final amount charged after any coupon. |
Rules

| Minimum | Minimum top-up is USD 5. |
| Conversion Rate | 10,000 credits per USD 1. |
| Bonus +10% | Applies to amounts from USD 30 to USD 100. |
| Bonus +15% | Applies to amounts over USD 100. |
| Spending Limit Alert | A validation alert may appear if a spending limit is exceeded. |
