Purchase Credits
Open in CMSCalculate your credits is the dialog for buying a one-time credit top-up. Open it with Purchase Credits on the Overview tab of My Credit.
Fields
| Minimum purchase | Shown under the title, for example "Minimum purchase: 50,000 credits for USD 5". With the Polar gateway, prices exclude tax. |
| Amount | The amount to pay. With the DOKU gateway you can switch the currency between USD and IDR; with Polar it is USD only. |
| Discount Coupon | Optional coupon code. |
Calculated Credits
| Base Credits | 10,000 credits per USD 1 of the amount. |
| Bonus Credits | Extra credits from the bonus tier: +10% for purchases from USD 30 and +15% from USD 100 (or the IDR equivalent). |
| Total Credits | Base plus bonus credits. |
| Summary | What you will pay and how many credits you will receive. With DOKU it also shows the USD to IDR rate; with Polar it notes that the payment provider may add tax. |
Monthly Spending Information
| Monthly Spending Information | Shown when the purchase would go over your Maximum Topup Per Month: this month's spending, this purchase, the total after it, and your monthly maximum. See Auto Topup & Spending Limit. |
| Confirm Purchase | Shown with that notice. Continues with the purchase anyway. |
Action
| Continue to Payment | Takes you to a secure payment page to complete the purchase. Disabled while the exchange rate is unavailable or the amount gives no credits. |
