Agent Contributors
Designates which organization Builders may manage and contribute to a specific agent, and what each of them may read.

| Implicit Access | Owners and Admins always have access and are not listed here. |
| Page Access | Owner/Admin only. |
| Separate Permissions | Managing the agent, reading its conversations, and reading what it remembers about people are three different permissions. Being a contributor grants only the first. |
Contributor Card
| Name | Displays the contributor's name. |
| Email · Added | Displays the contributor's email and the date they were added. |
| Conversation history | Switch deciding whether the contributor may open this agent's transcripts. On by default. |
| Participant Data | Dropdown setting the contributor's access to what the agent remembers about people. Defaults to No access, and is disabled while the organization switch is off. |
| Delete Icon | Removes the contributor. |
Conversation History Switch
| On (default) | Can open the full transcript of this agent's conversations. |
| Off | Can manage the agent, but cannot read what its users said to it. |
| Default Rationale | On by default because contributors could always do this; existing contributors keep the access they had, and no data migration is required. |
| Owner/Admin | Always able to read conversation history, even with their own switch off. |
| No Organization Switch | Unlike participant data, this permission has no organization-wide master switch. |
| Blocked Pages | Conversation Detail, a participant's Conversation History, and Thread Analysis show a warning in place of the conversation. On Thread Analysis, the analysis panel still renders. |
| Entry Buttons | "View Conversation" buttons stay visible everywhere, so people can see the feature exists and request access. |
| Access Recording | Every opening of a transcript is recorded — who read it, whose conversation, and when. |
| Not Covered | Short previews elsewhere — the Dashboard's first line, Feedback Insight snippets, Conversation Analysis evidence quotes — are not hidden by this switch. |
Add Contributor
| Add Contributor | Opens the Add Agent Contributor dialog. |
| Organization Builder | Dropdown listing eligible Builders not already contributors. Only Builders can be contributors. |
| Can view conversation history | Switch, on by default. Turn it off for someone who configures the agent but should not read customer conversations. |
| Participant data access | Dropdown, defaults to No access. |
| Add | Confirms and adds the selected Builder as a contributor. |
Remove
| Remove (trash icon) | Deletes a contributor from the card. |
| Last Contributor | Cannot remove the last contributor; at least one must remain. |
