Personalization
Open in CMSThe Personalization tab of an organization holds the organization-wide rules for what its agents remember about the people they talk to: two switches that decide what personal data the organization processes at all, and two limits that apply to every agent.
Access
| Owner | Can change the switches and the limits. |
| Admin | Can change the two limits only. The switches are shown but disabled. |
| Other Roles | See the settings read-only, with the note "Only an organization Owner or Admin can change these settings." |
Switches
Both switches start off.
| Staff may view what agents remember about individual participants | While off, no contributor can open a participant's remembered data, whatever access level they hold. Turning it on grants no one access by itself: each contributor still needs a Participant data level on the agent's Agent Contributors page. |
| Agents may declare special-category memory fields | Allows memory fields for health, beliefs, political opinion, sexual orientation, and biometrics. Even when on, such a field always requires explicit consent from the person and is never included in a prompt unless the agent asks for it. |
Limits on every agent
These bound what an agent contributor may declare. They live here rather than on the agent so that the person they constrain cannot raise them.
| Memory fields per agent | How many memory fields each agent may declare, from 1 up to the platform ceiling of 30. Agents already above a lowered limit keep their fields but cannot add more. |
| Prompt budget ceiling (tokens) | The most any agent may spend on remembered data in a prompt, from 1 up to 800. Each agent sets its own budget under this. |
Save
| Save personalization settings | Saves your changes. Disabled until something changes or while a limit is out of range. Once saved, every agent in the organization is updated and the change applies from the next conversation turn. |
