Members

The Members tab lists everyone in the organization and lets Owner/Admin manage them.

Scope and Access

Members Tab ScopeLists all members of the organization.
Management AccessOnly Owner and Admin can manage members.
View-only AccessBuilder and Member can view the member list but cannot manage it.

Table Columns

MemberMember display name and email.
RolesRole chips assigned to the member.
Budget GroupThe budget group the member is assigned to.
Joined DateThe date the member joined the organization.
ActionsPer-member actions menu (Owner/Admin only).

Member Actions (Owner/Admin)

Edit RolesEdits the member's roles; at least one role is required and Billing is not edited here.
Remove MemberRemoves the member from the organization.
Assign to Budget GroupAssigns the member to a budget group.
Remove from Budget GroupRemoves the member from their budget group.

Tools

SearchSearches members by name or email.
Filter by RoleNarrows the list to members with a selected role.
SortSorts by name, join date, or role.
DownloadExports the filtered members as a CSV file.
LeaveLeaves the organization yourself.
