Transfer the Billing role from its current holder to another member, subject to the recipient's acceptance.

Purpose

| Purpose | Hands the Billing role from its current holder to another member. |
| Acceptance | The recipient must accept before the role moves. |
Initiate Transfer
| |
|---|
| Who Can Initiate | An Owner who currently holds the Billing role. |
| Transfer Billing Role | Opens the transfer dialog. |
| Member Dropdown | Eligible members are those who are not the current user and do not already hold Billing. |
| Send Request | Sends the billing transfer request to the selected member. |
Pending Request

| Pending Status | The request shows a Pending status while awaiting a response. |
| Single Request | Only one pending billing transfer may exist at a time. |
Recipient Actions

| Accept | The Billing role moves to the recipient. |
| Decline | Rejects the request; Billing stays with the current holder. |
Initiator Action
| |
|---|
| Cancel | Cancels the pending request. |
