Invitations
Invite new people and track Pending Invitations within the Members tab.
Open the Organization pageInviting a Member
| Invite Member | Opens the invitation dialog. |
| Email Field | Required; the email address of the person being invited. |
| Roles Field | At least one role required; options depend on org type, and an Admin can grant only Builder/Member. |
| Agents Field | Optional pre-assignment of the invitee to specific agents. |
Pending Invitations
| Invitation Count | Shows the number of pending invitations. |
| Search | Searches invitations by email. |
| Filter by Status | Filters by All, Pending, Accepted, Rejected, Revoked, Expired. |
| Invitation Row | Shows the invited email, status chip, created/last-resent date, and invited by. |
Invitation Actions (Owner/Admin)
| Resend | Resends the invitation; only available 10 minutes after the last send. |
| Revoke | Cancels the invitation. |
Recipient Flow
| Email Link | The recipient gets an email link to respond to the invitation. |
| Accept | Joins the organization with the preset roles and agents. |
| Reject | Declines the invitation. |
