Budget Groups

Segments organization members into groups with separate monthly credit limits.

Scope and Access

Budget Groups TabSplits members into groups, each with its own monthly credit limit.
PurposeCaps per-member spending so one team cannot exhaust the shared organization credit.
Manage AccessOnly Owner and Admin can create, edit, or delete budget groups.

Create Budget Group

Create Budget GroupOpens the create dialog for a new budget group.
Group NameRequired. Label for the group.
Monthly Member LimitOptional. Credits each member may use per month, shown as "X credits / month". Empty means "No limit".
Builder LimitOptional. Limit applied to Builders in the group.

List Display

Group NameDisplays the name of each budget group.
Monthly LimitShows the monthly limit, or "No limit" when none is set.
Member CountShows how many members are assigned to the group.

Manage Members

Manage MembersAssigns or unassigns members to the group.
Search and TickFind members by search and tick to add or remove them.
Per-member UsageThe detail view shows current-period usage against the monthly limit.

Actions

EditOwner/Admin can change the group name or limits.
DeleteOwner/Admin can remove the group; its members are no longer capped by it.
